Thai Foot Massage

Ancient Thai Foot Massage (Nuad Pan Boran) is a holistic healing technique that provides relaxation, balance in the body's various systems. It is a therapy to foster general good health and mental serenity.
Originally the knowledge and techniques were closely held secrets kept alive and passed down through generations by the Buddhist monks of the Thai Royal Palace.

This is a massage of the feet and also lower legs. It involves physically stretching and massaging the Sen (energy) lines, and has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese massage, incorporated into the treatment. A traditional thai foot massage stick (a specially crafted stick) is used do additonal work on the reflex pressure points found in the foot and also includes traditional foot wrapping techniques.

This treatment can also be done on the hands and lower arms - great for upper body tension, hand and arm strains and tension.

Great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility.  If you have tried reflexology, you will also enjoy this fabulous treatment, but will be surprised at how different the techniques feel!
